Upcoming Project Learning Tree Workshops - Charlotte Area and Winston-Salem

Project Learning Tree is an environmental education curriculum that has been around since 1976, and in North Carolina since 1986! PLT uses trees as a lens into our natural and built environments through hands-on activities and investigations.
Participants will be actively engaged throughout the workshop; gaining content knowledge, directly experiencing PLT activities, and networking with other formal and nonformal educators.  All PLT workshops offer CEU renewal credits and qualify for Criteria I and/or II of the NC EE Certification Program.  The K-8 guide is correlated to the Common Core (math and ELA) as well as to the NC Essential Standards (science and social studies). Learn more about all our correlations by visiting our correlation web page.
