• Attend the sessions selection meeting in June or July to select sessions for the PDI.
  • Preview session descriptions for clarity and assign to strand.  If this is done prior to the session selection meeting, ask potential presenter for a clarification of session if necessary.
  • With Manley, assign rooms and times to the presentations.  With Manley, account for strand, level, area, content, etc. when considering room assignments with attention to grouping (grouping may be by grade level or strand or subject matter:  this will change year to year).
  • Resulting spreadsheet will be maintained by Joette.
  • If possible (2021 will be unique), sessions should be pre-qualified using feedback from prior years.
