Jennifer Stalls


Jennifer Stalls is the Director of STEM Education and K–12 Science Curriculum Specialist for Pitt County Schools in Eastern North Carolina. She is a graduate of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Middle Grades Education from East Carolina University, as well as a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

With experience as a middle school science teacher and district-level leader, Jennifer leads systems-wide STEM initiatives focused on inquiry-based instruction, teacher leadership development, and equitable access to high-quality STEM learning.

Jennifer collaborates closely with schools, higher education institutions, and industry partners to support STEM Schools of Distinction, robotics and engineering programs, and professional learning aligned to real-world applications. Her work emphasizes STEM as a strategy for engaging minds, developing future-ready skills, and expanding opportunities for all learners.
