Tim Guilfoyle is an outstanding high school educator. He is dedicated and passionate about biology education and works to make sure his students successfully become life long learners. He is a generous and helpful colleague mentoring new teachers and working with his school-based professional learning community. He is a consultant with HHMI BioInteractive presenting regionally, statewide and nationally. He is the co-director of District 5 & 6 NC Student Academy of Science, judges at the NC Science & Engineering Fair Region 6, and assists with the Charlotte NCSO Tournament. Tim is an amazing professional educator and will be an excellent NCSTA District 6 leader.

Dr. Carol O'Donnell is the director of the Smithsonian Science Education Center, which is dedicated to transforming K-12 Education through Science in collaboration with communities across the globe.

Dr. Nehemiah Mabry, P.E. is an Engineer, Educator and Entrepreneur based in Raleigh, North Carolina. His technical experience includes 15+ years as a NASA Researcher, Bridge Design Engineer, and Adjunct Professor.
